Welcome back! Webinars instead of PLCs! Help Please

Hello Everyone, As we begin the new school year, I am excited to introduce a new professional learning format for our pathway. This year, we will be replacing our traditional PLC meetings with a monthly webinar series designed to increase accessibility, highlight the great work happening in classrooms across Utah, and provide practical ideas that teachers can immediately implement in their programs. To make this successful, I am looking for teachers, industry partners, and pathway leaders who would be interested in presenting a webinar session. Topics might include: * Innovative classroom practices * Program spotlights * Industry partnerships * Student organizations and CTSOs * New technologies, equipment, or curriculum * Career-specific skills and trends * Strategies that have been successful in your program Presenters will receive a stipend for their time and preparation. In addition, webinar participants who view the session and complete a short reflection will be eligible to receive relicensure points. This is a great opportunity to: * Showcase your program and students * Share ideas with colleagues across the state * Contribute to professional learning within your pathway * Support educators who may not be able to attend traditional PLC meetings If you are interested in presenting or would like to recommend someone else, please reply to this email.
