[UtahFACS] Folic Acid article...history of why it was used

I think that this article is valuable for FACS educators to know the
history of folic acid and concepts from several studies. To me, I gather
the value of making bread from scratch, maintaining nutritional content in
a more natural state and gaining the benefits of not having receptors tied
up in another manner. There is a lot to be said for home made food prep
