[tforum] New Power over Ethernet Standard coming - PoE Plus

The following article link is a description of the new Power over 
Ethernet Plus standard that is working through IEEE.  The standard is 
802.3at.  The potential impact to campus in a few years will be in terms 
of power and Air conditioning necessary in the wiring closets.  For 
those that heavily invest in thin clients, the vendor discussions of 
thin clients powered over ethernet may become reality.
