[NASAFACS] FCS ---High-Wage, In-Demand, & High-Skill Information

During our summer Georgia ACTE conference at the CTAE Directors meeting, they were discussing Perkins V and pathways that are "high-wage, in-demand, and high-skill." Well, some of the directors are confused and think they need to cut their FCS programs because they are NOT all three of the above. Do any of you have a document or something related that is FCS specific to share with stakeholders?
