[NASAFACS] Career Readiness Measurement Request

Oklahoma has used WorkKeys as a measure of career readiness. We had a contract with OK Dept. of Commerce for about 10 years that provided 4 of the WorkKeys assessments for free to all students at technology centers. Notice the past tense. Due to budget cuts, this option is no longer available to students.

WorkKeys is one measure of career readiness in NC, however it is only given to CTE concentrators in the 12th grade. Other measures include credentials earned and number and % of CTE concentrators. These are items for the NC School Report Card for 16-17. Also, the high school diploma endorsements assessable at the link below.

Greetings everyone,

My office is working on determining how Career Readiness is measured in Montana, and I was wondering if you could send me a link or the document from your state on how this is measured/checklist/resources you have on this discussion. I checked the archives, and I couldn't find anything, so I I'm reaching out via the list serve for some assistance. Thanks in advance!

Sincerely,
Megan

P.S. Hope those of you at AAFCS are having a great time! Wish I was there with you!
