State: TENNESSEE

Are you organized by program area? Yes No
     Pros/Cons
Pros -- Each education consultant specializes in that area of study.
Cons -- None for me. I like the structure because it follows subject
areas of the universities and national standards.

Are you organized by Career Clusters? Yes No
     Pros/Cons

Each program area has career clusters that are related to the various
programs of study. The complete listing of Tennessee's Career Clusters
and Programs of Study can be viewed at

Hello Everyone:

In Nevada we are having a discussion about restructuring our CTE
department. We currently provide services to our LEAs by program area
(Agriculture, Business, FCS, Heath, IT and Trades). We are thinking
about restructuring around the Career Clusters. I’d like to know how you
structure CTE in our state and the pros and cons in your experience.
