[Library Media] Start Over Again -- Every Year

As I have read your comments, I have grown to appreciate my situation even
more. I am an intergral part of my school. I order the books and catalog
the books, run the library, teach library and research classes and have the
full support of the administrators. Sometimes it takes new faculty a little
while to come to appreciate the classes I teach, but the eventually do.
Parents are sometimes surprised that I am a teacher. A fourth grade class
substitute a couple of weeks ago was amazed at the lesson I taught and our
school library. I think I love my job even more today.
