Hi Heather,

Another thing to consider is that you can get access to a lot of professional journals through Utah’s Online Library. I go to EBSCO High school and select for them to search all journals and you can have free access to School Library Journal and AASL’s professional journal Knowledge Quest as well as many others!

I subscribe to that and Booklist primarily to help with book selection. There's some overlap, but I feel they are both valuable. I would just go with School Library Journal if your budget only allows for one though. It has some great professional articles.

Hi All!
Just wondering if any of you have subscriptions to School Library Journal or any other magazines that you like and feel is a valuable resource for our profession. Let me know what you think. Thanks so much and have a great day!
