[Library Media] Sports Authors

I just finished reading a great new book by Jason Reynolds called Ghost about a kid who runs track. I think it is the start of a new series.
The Crossover (basketball) and Booked (soccer) are both great recent sports titles by Kwame Alexander.
Lost in the Sun by Lisa Graff is a great book that deals with the psychology of sports. It is about a kid who accidentally kills another kid in a freak accident while playing hockey, and then is angry, guilty, and afraid to play any sports at all, even though he loves sports.
All of these are more middle grade than high school, but they might still work?

Subject: [Library Media] Sports Authors
I have a few students who will only read sports books. They have both finished all of Mike Lupica and Tim Green’s books so I’m asking for help in finding new authors for this genre. They aren’t interested in Waler Dean Myers either, so I’m at a loss. Thanks in advance for your help!
