[library-media] Funding

Thank you, thank you, thank you Sharyl! Let's keep talking 
to our legislators, teachers, administrators, parents, and 
students. I for one am proud of being a school librarian! 
Thank you Sharyl for reminding me how important we are to 
students, schools, and the future of American education :)
