Dear Utah Librarians,

The Guadalajara International Book Fair (FIL) will be celebrating its
25th Anniversary and Germany will be the Guest of Honor -- If you
purchase library materials in Spanish, this is an event you will not
want to miss.

So, speak to your supervisor today about Guadalajara. You might want to
tell him/her that last year there were 928 publishers from 43 countries
that exhibited 375,000 titles in Spanish. FIL is, indeed, the event for
perusing new titles and purchasing those you want for your library
through your distributor.

Fill out the application so that you will be eligible to receive an
extra $100 toward your airfare from FIL and ALA:

Thank you to David Unger, US Rep of FIL, for the information.
