Dear Librarians and School Media Specialists in Utah,

A group of data coordinators in state library agencies around the
country are exploring the possibility of systematically collecting
comparable school library data annually. The conversation is in its
beginning stages and desperately needs the perspective of professionals
in school settings. Please take a moment to visit the discussion page
created for this effort "School Library Annual Report National Effort"
at WebJunction:
http://www.webjunction.org/school-libraries/resources/discussion/38123756

Please post your comments, feelings, experiences, etc. about the SASS
Library Media Center Survey and your thoughts about creating a national
annual survey of school library services.

It is easy to post a comment on WebJunction: Just click "Create
Account" in the Member Center ( http://www.webjunction.org/membercenter
), fill out your username, password, etc, and off you go!

Thank you,
Juan
