I have a very large Spanish collection (14 shelves) and I shelf
them in the 460's. I follow DDC guidelines to separate picture
books, chapter books, and non-fiction all in the 460's because the
Spanish teacher and I want them in one place. My bilingual is
shelved as a Spanish book. Each book gets a genre sticker labeling
it as a Spanish language book. I buy books for the Anglo students at
a primary level and for the native speakers 4th through 8th primarily
but I do have the titles that we study in the English classes as well.

If you are interested let me know and I will send a complete break
down of the Dewey numbers I use.
