[library-media] $300,000 available for LSTA Fall Grant Round

The Utah State Library is announcing the availability of $300,000 for the competitive LSTA sub-grant program Fall Round.
Grant projects can be funded in any one of these three areas: enhanced access to library services, digitization, and technology infrastructure.
There are two different funding categories within these three areas. Mini-grants are available for up to $10,000 with a 10% required local match. Regular grants with a 30% required local match are available for $10,001 up to $100,000 maximum. In each funding category, 5% of the required local match can be "in-kind".
LSTA grants are available to all certified Utah public libraries, institutional, academic, and research libraries, and school library media centers who meet the eligibility requirements.

Sept. 21....Intent to Apply forms are due
Oct. 5....Grant applications are due
Nov. 13...LSTA Advisory Council Grant Review
Nov. 19...Grant awards announced for Fall 2007
