Subject: [library-media] National Board Certification

Kudos to one of our own. Trudena Fager, Library Media Teacher at
Bountiful High School, was one of 17 Utah teachers to earn National
Board Certification this year. Nationwide there were about 32,000
teachers certified.

The Ogden Standard newspaper states that the process can take up to
three years. It requires "the teacher to create an in-depth portfolio,
take a three-hour content test and do a lot of analysis regarding
teaching impact on students."

Great job, Trudena!
