Secondary Math Teachers,

This is just a reminder of our Secondary Math HYPE that is happening TONIGHT: Balancing Explicit Instruction with Task Based Learning.

PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION CHANGE:  Crescent View Middle School

LOCATION CHANGE:  Crescent View Middle School: 11150 300 East, Sandy Utah (From 11000 South turn South on Vista Way (just before the trax.  If you go over the trax, you?ve gone too far.  Crescent View is on the west side of the street just past the houses)

Please bring a charges device, your curriculum maps (or a way to access them online), and your math journals.

Updates to Open Up Resources Illustrative Materials

As we prepare for a full implementation of Illustrative Mathematics for the 2019-2020 school year, Open Up Resources has provided some updates.  ?What are these updates?? you might ask.  Luckily, Open Up Resources is holding a webinar to explain just what those are.  If you are interested in hearing for yourselves, you can register here:
