Please take the time to give feedback about Core-aligned instructional materials.

As we all know, one of the challenges in teaching the core standards is the lack of materials that are aligned to the standards. Please give feedback so that more FREE quality resources can be made available to teachers.

Subject: FW: Utah Instructional Materials Survey

New Survey! Please distribute.

The Utah State Office of Education recently asked teachers about Core implementation in Mathematics. We are continuing this research by asking about the types of instructional materials and supports that are most essential to K-12 educators in all content areas—Mathematics, English/Language Arts, and other subjects.

The purpose of this survey is to determine the best methods of providing support to teachers through high-quality, Core-aligned instructional materials that are openly licensed and adaptable (copyright-free). These materials would initially support Mathematics and English/Language Arts, potentially adding other content areas in the future.

Your feedback will be a valuable contribution to the criteria created for the design of open student and teacher materials. The survey will take less than five minutes to complete. Please click here to begin the survey.<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1g1GOffAthqRxzemgOEbyn-1M_Z6YCJUceEAwzs80CU4/viewform>

Thank you for participating in this survey about Core-aligned materials for use in your classroom instruction. This survey will close on Wednesday, April 30. Please submit your comments and feedback before that date.

Have a wonderful day!
