Please take the time to fill out the survey below. It is an opportunity to voice your opinion about what kind of support you need from USOE as you work to teach the standards.

Subject: Mathematics Implementation

Please forward this to the mathematics teachers in your district/charter.

The Utah State Office of Education is trying to assess the level of implementation of the Utah Core Mathematics Standards as well as helping us determine how we can best support Utah teachers in their endeavors to provide students with high quality mathematics instruction.

Please pass the survey linked below on to all elementary teachers and secondary mathematics teachers. We would ask that they take a few moments to provide us with feedback on their experience implementing the new core mathematics standards. All responses will be anonymous and will be included in a statewide data set. We need a significant response in order to capture the picture of what is really happening in our schools in regards to mathematics core standards implementation. We appreciate your support.

All responses need to be completed by Friday, April 18th.
