Subject: Best practices in using technology survey
The Governor's office under the direction of Lt. Governor Bell, the Utah State Board of Education and Utah State Office of Eduction are anxious in creating a database of classrooms and schools where exemplary practices of using technology to improve teaching and learning are in place.
The purpose of this survey is collect a list of these best practices in one place. This list will be used to create an interactive map web site where community leaders and policymakers can find information about how technology is transforming teaching and learning.
I do not know all the locations in this state where technology in being used effectively and appropriately. I am sure that you all know of at least once school or classroom where technology is making a difference in education. This survey form has been created to collect these examples from around the state.
If possible, could you please share at least one example by Thursday, October 18, 2012
