Dear Curriculum Directors,

The Utah State Board of Education has taken action on the Diploma
Language found in R277-705.  New language in the rule requires that the
diplomas for students passing the UBSCT assessment, states that they
have passed the assessment.  It leaves up to the district's discretion
the nature of the other diploma's (formerly Alternative Diploma)
