If you are a middle school or junior high counselor, who is not familiar with the college and career awareness course, it is recommended that you attend the July 26-27 Training for new teachers. There will be a session also dedicated to the counselor responsibilities in this course. See the email below for additional information.

This workshop is for those LEAs that want to incorporate the concepts taught in the STEM Concepts workshop into their middle school courses. Teachers who have previously participated in Dr. Steve Shumway's workshop focusing on the incorporation of elementary STEM concepts should not apply as the concepts learned will be similar.
