Greeting School Counselors,
We are happy to announce that we are partnering again this year with Youth in Custody, Alternative and Adult Education, Prevention, and Student Services for the CTE Summer Conference. The conference theme is "One Vision, One Voice - Supporting Students for College and Career Readiness".
The opening keynote address will be given by William Symonds, Ph.D. Bill was the founding director of the Pathways to Prosperity Project. Thursday's keynote address will be given by Daniel Seddiqui. He will share experiences with having 50 jobs in 50 states.
There will be other highlighted presentations given by Sergeant Kevin Briggs - "The Guardian of the Golden Gate"; Dawn Butcher-Anderson on School-based models; Jason Burrow-Sanchez Professor of Psychology from the University of Utah; Mark Weist, Ph.D. Professor of Psychology at the University of South Carolina; and CEOs from many leading industries in Utah.
