Hello Audio!

I know this is going out to TV Broadcasting as well as Audio... If you TV folks have any interest in joining our monthly conversations, feel free to attend. 

I’ve been asked to lead some conversations/collaboration with those teaching audio/radio in the state of Utah. 

I teach Radio Broadcasting at Pleasant Grove High School and have been here since 2001 and was a student Disc Jockey from 1996-1998 at Pleasant Grove High School. I love all things creative and think audio is such a powerful tool for us to express ourselves. 

I have dates and times for our scheduled roundtables. I plan to hold these virtually, unless you are in the area and want to hang out. The times of these meetings are to be held after school hours. Like many of you, I have other jobs to keep me afloat and I need to get to them as quickly as possible. The times I am proposing will take place on the last Tuesday of each month from 3:00pm - 4:00pm. We will start and end on time.

I am going to be sharing a Canvas Course with everyone who joins. This is where we will share agendas, notes, and other content/information. 

Hopefully we can all learn from each other and be a support system. The seasoned teachers will benefit from the upcoming talent withe their knowledge and hopefully we can give guidance throughout our careers. 

Our first meeting will be September 30th at 3:00pm. I will send a reminder with a google meet link the day before and again 10 minutes before the meeting starts.
