This month we're diving into one of Utah's essential Durable Skills: Adaptability. In today's rapidly evolving job market, the ability to recover from difficulties, adapt to stressors, and persevere when faced with challenges and setbacks is paramount.

 

The attachment is a flyer for you to put up in your classroom to help students define adaptability and how they could see it in their classroom or industry. Please print this out and put it up in your classroom to help students recognize the durable skills they are learning in your classroom!
