This is not a traditional mentor program focused on basic education logistics. Instead, it is a curated experience designed to help you build confidence and expertise in the CTE courses you teach. You will be matched with a teacher in your same discipline—whether Accounting, Welding, Medical Anatomy, or another CTE area—who can share practical knowledge and support your planning and instruction. The goal is to help you effectively design and implement your courses while accelerating your growth and success in the classroom.

If you are interested in participating in the CTE Mentoring program for the 2026-27 school year, please fill out the following form and share some additional information to help us match you with a mentor. To participate, you need to have a CTE teaching assignment and be in your first three years of teaching that class. Sign up form closes on August 28th.
