To document the implementation of Senate Bill 127 (2022) Early Literacy Outcomes Improvement, USBE staff provides a Read to Succeed Utah Quarterly Brief that highlights the various actions executed each quarter. This is our fourth edition of the implementation brief that documents the statewide efforts to achieve 70% of students reading on grade level by June 2027. We hope you enjoy reading about the many exciting efforts taking place to achieve this goal. If you have any questions, please contact me.
